Claire says, “we’ll start with some activities to reflect on why your continued self-care is an important part of social change and create an actionable plan to help sustain momentum and weave self-care into your daily life. We’ll end with a relaxing meditation and restorative yoga pose, giving your body and mind some restoration and ease. You’ll also leave class with a worksheet to support future reflection on your self-care and community care, allowing you to re-visit your goals at any time.”
