Our 24/7 Hotline is our virtual front door for all services. Call us 365 days a year for:

  • Safety planning

  • Emotional support

  • Assessment for eligibility for emergency housing

  • Crisis intervention

  • Educational information and community resources

  • Referrals (and appointments) for services with us and other community agencies

  • Follow-up support services

Note: We currently do not offer drop-in services; all inquiries without existing appointments should be directed to the hotline.

We currently offer interpreter services through a contractor in 300+ languages and offer the following direct-dial hotlines:

Our text line is available Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

  • Our text line is confidential. You can choose to remain anonymous.

  • The text dialogue box will open a conversation that will continue over text. Messages that are received outside of the textline hours (8am-5pm, Monday through Friday) will not be responded to.

  • Pressing the “Safely Exit Site” button will bring you away from our text dialogue box and to weather.com.
