Support Groups

Groups provide a safe, supportive, and confidential place to heal and recover from abuse. Steps offers multiple support groups for survivors from all backgrounds and experiences.

In our peer-led groups, participants can talk through their own stories, hear others’ experiences, and support others in their healing journeys. If you’re deciding on your next step, a support group is a great place to start — see below for a list of our current offerings.
