The Trauma Informed Workplace Training Series is a quarterly virtual training and learning space. It is designed for participants to gain knowledge about trauma informed practices in the workplace, connect with other service providers, and bring ideas and inspiration back to their organization. These trainings are open to staff in social service organizations and nonprofits, regardless of program or area of focus. The topics discussed will be especially relevant for those in leadership or supervisory roles, including direct service staff, program coordinators, and human resources managers.

Each two hour meeting will be a training session on a topic related to trauma informed workplaces. Topics may include hiring and onboarding practices, approaches to supervision, providing feedback, and navigating conflict. There will also be ample time for discussion, conversation, and sharing wisdom among participants. This is an opportunity to build relationships and seek out insight from others, to share your organization’s successes, and to identify challenges and areas of focus. You do not need to have attended any of the other sessions in the series to sign up!
