Our Services
Intimate partner violence will only end when our communities feel empowered and prepared to recognize its signs, causes, and impact.
Steps to End Domestic Violence’s Education and Outreach program works to raise awareness about the impacts of intimate partner violence on individuals, families, and communities. We visit schools, businesses, community groups, and more to engage advocates in anti-violence work and inspire them to create a safer world for everyone.
For Groups
Trainings & Workshops

Custom Workshops
If you don’t see what you’re looking for in the list of workshops we offer, please email stephs@stepsvt.org. We’d be happy to work with you to build a custom workshop that will best fit the needs of your organization.
Consultations
We offer consultations to businesses and organizations that work with survivors to ensure their policies and processes are supportive and empowering to those who have experienced intimate partner violence. Contact stephs@stepsvt.org to schedule.
For Individuals
Lunch and Learns
We offer monthly virtual lunch and learns that anyone can sign up for. All sessions are recorded and emailed to registrants, so feel free to sign up if the topic interests you even if you can’t make it in real time! Click here to see what’s coming up.
Trauma-Informed Workplaces
The Trauma Informed Workplace Training Series is a quarterly virtual training and learning space. It is designed for participants to gain knowledge about trauma informed practices in the workplace, connect with other service providers, and bring ideas and inspiration back to their organization.
These trainings are open to staff in social service organizations and nonprofits, regardless of program or area of focus.
